Zoo Trip 2

Took the girls to the zoo again today. No vomiting this time! :) We had fun. Moya is a pain to keep wrangled however but she's cute so we'll keep her anyway. :) Moya's favorite thing... birds! Surprising yes but she LOVED the birds. I mean they are cool but I'd think kids would go for something cuddly or something but she just LOVED them. Especially this one toucan that kept being silly and hoping from branch to branch doing this funny dance. She just laughed and laughed.

Zoo Trip

Zoo trip! Poor Moya... So they had a dinosaur exhibit. Moya was TERRIFIED!!! Crying and horribly upset! So sad! Broke my heart. :( She chilled a little once we got to the end and even consented to sit on the non-moving one. She also was pretty willied by the penguins and the petting zoo. She would do ok if I was holding her. But we are totally in the scared phase.

 

First Zoo Trip

Not our most successful trip to the zoo but still had a good time. The trip started with us heading out and finding the bridge was closed. So we had to go the long way and there was a lot of traffic. Moya doesn't do well in long drives and about 3 miles from the zoo she vomited from car sickness.
Luckily I had a change of clothing. We pulled over and I took her into a store to the bathroom to clean her up. We decided to keep on and go to the zoo.

I think it was just an off day because Belle was in a constant mood as well. But we still managed to have fun. Moya really seemed to like the birds and the petting zoo part, and riding around on mommy's shoulders pulling my hair. :)

Zoo

We took the girls to Cougar Mountain Zoo today. Belle had gone to this zoo on a fieldtrip once and had been wanting to take us ever sense.

It is a small zoo but really cool! You get to see the animals up close. The tigers were awesome.

Was a good time. :)
