Sonic

Belle loves Sonic and Moya has become a fan thanks to her big sissy. :) She calls him "Soic" which sounds a lot like "suck." But she LOVES Sonic and has coveted all of Belle's toys. For Christmas Gaga got her her own plush Sonic which she does love, but she still really really wants to play with Belle's plastic action figure Sonic toys. The problem is that they are very poorly made toys. They break into small pieces very easily. Belle has a hard time not breaking them with many of them now being more super glue then plastic. So we just can't let Moya play with them.

Well last night Belle left all of them in the toy basket in the bathroom. I took Moya in to take her bath and she went right to them yelling 'sonic!' and picked them up and sat down to play with them. I just couldn't say no. I let her play with a few of them in the bath... HIGHLY supervised of course. Oh my goodness she was in heaven! She would splash them in the water yelling "SONIC!!" or she would hold two up up and have them dance around as she sung the Sesame street song. She would kiss them and giggle with them and every few minutes look at me and say "tank ooo!" (thank you) It was absolutely precious! I told her not to tell Belle that it was our secret. :) I don't know if she knew she was getting away with something naughty or not but she definitely knew it was a treat. :) And none of them got broken or eaten. :)

4 Molars at Once!!

The other night I was brushing Moya's teeth after bath and she flinched and said "ouch!" I took her to the changing table to get her dressed and looked in her mouth and sure enough... not 1, not 2, but all 4 of her molars are coming in! All in various states of breaking through but all visible. Bless her little heart that has got to hurt! No wonder she hasn't been sleeping well and has been a little bit of a grump during the day recently.

Needless to say I broke out the oragel and have the motrin on standby.

On the plus side at least after these come in she'll be done until she's a big kid. :)

Santa 2010

Took the girls to see Santa. So sweet seeing them both sitting there. Moya wore a dress that use to belong to Belle. I thought that would be special. She wasn't freaked out by Santa just not sure what was going on. :)
